Mr. Imtiaz Ahmad is an M.Com and LLB graduate of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and began his legal career as junior counsel under Mr. Salman Khurshid, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India and former Union Minister. Over a distinguished career, he has argued matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), the Company Law Board, BIFR, AAIFR, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India — covering constitutional, commercial, service, environmental, customs, and excise law.
Since 2007, Mr. Ahmad has been empanelled on Panel "A" of the Central Government of India and has represented leading banks, airlines, Wakf Boards, unaided private schools, and corporate clients across India.
